Auxanõ Strengths Program (ASP)
Equipping HR professionals, managers, and internal coaches with strengths-based management skills, building trust and expertise.
Training Objectives:
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to: Interpret a strengths-based approach profile and associated tools, and extract actionable development areas;
Conduct a structured coaching conversation using the Discover → Define → Act model;
Leverage the fundamentals of trust to secure the coaching relationship and improve the quality of conversations;
Identify overuse/underuse/expression under stress of strengths and reframe them ethically and precisely;
Use AI responsibly to prepare, structure, synthesize, and improve coaching practices (safeguards, confidentiality, boundaries);
Apply the strengths-based approach to HR and managerial cases (onboarding, performance, leadership) and produce a realistic action plan;
Read a team strengths grid and design a team workshop (objectives, sequence, psychological safety, follow-up commitments).
Target audience:
Human Resources Managers and staff Internal coaches (or future internal coaches)
Managers / leaders required to conduct development conversations
Prerequisites:
Proficiency in English (spoken/written)
Being in a position (or planning to be) to conduct development conversations/coaching in an organization
Having a computer with webcam/microphone + stable internet connection (virtual classroom)
Having completed the CliftonStrengths® assessment before the training
duration and organization
Total duration: 24 hours
Synchronous: 4 half-days of 4 hours remotely Asynchronous: 8 hours (post-training) Written exams 2 hours / pro-bonus coaching 6 hours)
